Responsible for operating and maintaining various testing equipment, such as a spectrometer, Leco meter for oxygen analysis, resistivity meter, conductivity meter, hardness meter, tensile testing machine, and ultrasonic testing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine testing and analysis of copper samples using the spectrometer to determine chemical composition and ensure compliance with specifications.

2. Utilize the Leco meter for oxygen analysis to measure oxygen content, which is crucial in maintaining the desired properties of copper.

3. Perform resistivity and conductivity tests to assess the electrical properties of copper products.

4. Conduct hardness testing to evaluate the material's strength and resistance to deformation.

5. Operate the tensile testing machine to measure the tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation of copper samples.

6. Utilize the ultrasonic testing unit to detect and analyze internal defects, such as cracks or voids, in copper products.

7. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.

8. Prepare and document test reports, recording all relevant data and observations accurately.

+. Collaborate with the production team to identify and troubleshoot quality issues, providing technical support and recommendations for improvement.

10. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.

11. Stay updated with industry standards, testing methods, and emerging technologies related to copper manufacturing and quality control.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as materials science, metallurgy, or chemistry, is preferred.

2. Prior experience working as a lab technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the copper industry, is highly desirable.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
