Job Description

Responsibilities
• Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
• Documentations of Day-to-Day Business activities.
• Preparing Quotations as per Customer requirements.
• Follow up on Leads and finalize the business Deals.
• Understanding new Products and Applications.
• Understanding customer requirements and suggesting proper solutions.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
