India's senior investment banking team provides advisory services for M&A and private placements in India's vibrant technology sector, with a proven track record of successful transactions in Internet & Digital Media, Software (Enterprise Software, SaaS/Cloud, Fin Tech/Payments & IT Security) and Services (IT Services, BPO, Healthcare IT, Analytics & Education).

Job Description
• Participate in the execution of M&A transactions
• Ability to operate as project / deal team lead, driving the work product and transaction processes
• Perform financial valuation, discounted cash flow, pro forma merger, precedent transaction, and comparable companies analyses
• Oversee preparation of pitch books and live deal materials, including offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, lender presentations, and prospectuses
• Build financial / three-statement operating models
• Conduct industry and product research

The Successful Applicant
• 3-6 years of post MBA experience OR 3-4 years of pre MBA experience in front-end investment banking
• Must have exposure to Technology, Industrials, Consumer Tech Sector
• Ex- Investment Banker + Corporate M&A role
• Tier 1 Educational Background
