We have an excellent job opportunity for Sr. Bench Sales Recruiters to work for our company in Hyderabad.

Position : US IT Bench Sales Recruiters/Lead.
Experience Level : 1 to 5+ Years
Location : SR. Nagar - Hyderabad (Day 1 On-Site)
Work Timings : Purely Night Shifts - From 6:30 pm IST to 3:30 am IST.
Salary : Best in the Market

Responsibilities :
• Marketing our own H1B, OPT, EAD, Consultants whoever is on our Bench
• Upload the resumes into Job Portals Like Dice USA, Tech fetch, CareerBuilder USA indeed USA, Linked in and other Job portals.
• Submit/Apply Job openings through the job portals on behalf of the consultant.
• Creating a Hotlist of consultants and posting it to all your networks and Google groups on Daily Basis.
• Getting the requirements from Tier-1 Vendors.
• Checking with the consultant whether he is comfortable or not.
• If Client hires the consultant, assistance in the final process like PO and MSA.
• Daily interaction with Consultants and vendors.
• Daily checking Update on Previous Submissions.
• Daily try to collect a New Tier-1 Vendor Database.
• Filling up the Log sheets & Client Interview Log sheets by the Consultants at the end of the day on Daily Basis.
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with the Consultants, vendors and the clients.
