About N V Organics Group: We are a 23-year-old, privately owned company specializing in the sales and technical support of ingredients for the cosmetics and personal care industry. We are more than just a sales company for our customers. We offer technical assistance through our extensive technical background. In our applications lab, we are able to develop tailor-made formulations and provide immediate solutions.

We require a ‘Marketing Coordinator' as a pillar connection between our principals from Europe, top management, our research team, And the NBD (new business development) team.

Job Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the samples from the principals and ensuring timely dispatch to customers
• Overseeing the arrangement of various kinds of brochures and leaflets from principals (they can be in hard copies or in soft copies)
• Maintaining control of the new NBD team in the sense that they do their work correctly
• Coordination with the designer for the various campaigns that we do for digital marketing through Facebook, WhatsApp and mailers, and other modes
• Controlling the new inquiries - ensuring that they are being catered to by the NBD team properly
• Examining monthly reports from the NBD team and getting that checked and submitted to the management of the company

Minimum Qualification: Masters's Qualification, Post Graduation

Minimum Work Experience: 3 years

Other Key Skills Required: Strong Communication (both verbal and written, Strong Interpersonal Skills, and Good Knowledge of functionalities like GSuite, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.

CTC: 5-7 LPA (depending on the suitability of the candidate
