About the Internship:
We are a fast growing startup and are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Support Expert to assist our customer service department.

Key responsibilities:

1. Communicating with customers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, live chats, or in-person meetings

2. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance

3. Building strong relationships with customers, developing rapport, trust, and loyalty by understanding their individual needs, preferences, and expectations

4. Guiding new customers through the onboarding process, providing them with information about the company's products or services, explaining usage procedures, and ensuring a smooth transition into the customer's journey

5. Gathering feedback from customers is essential for improving products, services, and overall customer experience, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, collecting feedback, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement

6. Retaining existing customers and building long-term relationships and loyalty by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services that align with their needs
