Experience : Min 1 to 3 yr. as TPO with Ed-Tech Sales. Work Mode : Remote. Salary Range : 3000 per closure Type of work : Freelance - To generate employment opportunities for Coding Blocks Pvt Ltd professional institutions’ students by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships. - To develop, collaborate and promote 'Coding Blocks' through in-class presentations, student organization outreach, and new student orientation. - To help students identify employment options that match their career interests. Assist students in all aspects of the job search, including resume writing, interviewing techniques, and job referrals. - To schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers. - To coordinate and organize on-campus events such as the annual Career and Internship job fair. - Good communication skills (oral & written) and clear examples of dealing with a range of people, from CEOs downwards. - Demonstrable ability to maintain effective relationships with placement employers. - Clear problem-solving ability with reference to various stakeholders. - High level of computer literacy - MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for producing reports and preparing presentations. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to schedule and plan within the cyclical structure. - Good time management and an ability to prioritize.
