We are a representative office in Pune, India, and we are actively expanding our team and looking for a suitable store assistant.

Responsibilities
• daily warehousing operations, inward/outward and inventory/returns
• checking and verifying the stock in certain intervals
• material dispatchdispatching material to customers after verifying purchase orders (PO) and service orders (SO)ensuring that dispatches are done as per the PO/SO instructions and as per the decided workflow methods in stores department.maintaining dispatch/shipment Records (daily and monthly)record keeping of inward/outward documents and dispatch documents
• assisting with logistic and transport/shipping documentationtransporter booking, freight calculationfollow up with logistics partners for timely delivery receive proof of delivery (POD)
• coordination with sales team
• maintaining required records of payment cheques received from customers (by hand or by courier) and sending them to accounts department at HO

Qualifications
• qualification required: any graduate
• experience: Freshers can apply
• experience with Microsoft Office programs (outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• excellent communication skills
• highly motivated self-starter with good organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, and work cross-functionally.
• team player mentality, but able to work independently as required
