Relationship Officer | Bancassurance

We are hiring for Relationship Officer – Bancassurance in Khardaha West Bengal for Bank Sales vertical with Axis tie-ups, ideal candidate should have basic experince in sales preferably from banking industry.

Job Title: Relationship Officer (Bancassurance – Sales Jobs in Bank)

Location: Khardaha West Bengal

Job type: Full-time job with MAX Life Insurance

Key responsibility as a Banca in Khardaha:
• You will be responsible for meeting sales target through bank.
• Will be responsible for maintaining relationships with all constituents in the Bank Branch
• Keeping accurate record of referrals received form all constituents in the bank branch.
• Shall approach him/herself at least 5 new customers in the bank branch local to Khardaha each day.
• Increasing Axis bank’s customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions and achieve the targeted penetration on cross sell within the branch’s customer base.
• Drive effectively the Reward and recognition programs launched for the bank staff.
• Shall rain the bank staff regularly on concepts in life insurance and new product introductions.

Specific needs to apply Max Life Jobs in Khardaha:
• Graduate with degree certificate and mark sheets
• 1 to 2 years o of overall experince in sales with a minimum of 6 months work experience in the fields of Banca
• Local area knowledge of Khardaha West Bengal for customer meetings and document collections.
• Good communication skills and presentation skills.
• Local language reading and writing skills of Bengali Hindi and English

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
• Achieving Business Target milestones AFYP / Blended premium, and no. of cases.
• Relationship with Bank Branch Manager
• Effective Lead generation and meet value / number targets assigned from Kolkata head office
