About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and put in action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan

2. Improve ties between management and employees by responding to requests, grievances, or other issues

3. Cultivate a supportive workplace

4. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

5. Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank account details

6. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates; screen resumes and application forms

7. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks

8. Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies

Note: This is a part-time internship with a hybrid model, apply only if you can travel to office in Breach Candy, South Mumbai.
