Job Description: Airport Ground Staff

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a Ground Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of airport services and providing exceptional customer service to passengers.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting passengers at check-in counters, security checkpoints, and boarding gates.
- Checking travel documents, such as passports and boarding passes to ensure compliance with airline regulations.
- Assisting passengers with their luggage and guiding them to the appropriate boarding areas.
- Providing information and answering inquiries about flight schedules, delays, and airport facilities.
- Ensuring the safety and security of passengers by following established protocols and procedures.
- Collaborating with other airport staff, including cabin crew, pilots, and ground operations personnel, to ensure efficient operations.
- Handling passenger complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assisting with the boarding and disembarking of passengers, including those with special needs.
- Conducting pre-flight checks and inspections to ensure the cleanliness and readiness of the aircraft.
- Maintaining accurate records of passenger counts, baggage weights, and other relevant information.

Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification of 10th or 12th pass.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage when required.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with airport systems and procedures is a plus.
