About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct assessments to evaluate employee skills, performance, and well-being

2. Analyze and develop strategies to improve organizational culture and climate

3. Design programs to enhance leadership skills and managerial effectiveness

1. are available for the work from home job/internship

2. can start the work from home job/internship between 17th Aug'23 and 21st Sep'23

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:
INR ₹ 4,000 /month
