Territory Sales Manager

Locations: Jaipur and Bhopal Position Summary : Generate & manage Defense business for Tata motors with sustained growth & long term relationship with ministry & defense departments particularly for Category 1 business (i.e. chassis + standard TML offerings). It involves end to end management of the GeM bid and offline tender application process ensuring the process is in accordance to organizational policies and procedures. It involves completion of sales cycle from enquiry generation to order receiving to smooth deliveries to receivables. Job Responsibilities : Increasing Market Share from Defense customers i.e. M.O.D. & M.H.A. Enhancing TML Brand - Events, Vehicle Demonstrations, Trials, Presentations Reduction of SBND-Number of Undelivered Vehicles greater than 45 days after billing Receivables - Reduce number of days of outstanding in Defense Growth in Billing Revenue from Defense Sales cycle to be completed with smooth deliveries and documents completion Experience & Skills BE/ B Tech/ MBA with minimum 3 to 10 years of experience in Government sales Candidate from Similar industry will be preferred Candidate should have strong communication skills and flair for selling
