Job Title: Area Manager

Digamber Capfin Limited (DCL) is one of the largest NBFC in India, and its head quarter is based out in Jaipur city of Rajasthan. DCL was incorporated in 1++5 with a vision to provide financial services and access to marginalized low income groups, especially women entrepreneurs, who do not have a formal access of banking services for their business upliftment. Currently, company is operating in + states with wide spread network of 200+ branches with human asset of 2100 plus.

Job Location: Rajasthan/ Haryana/ MP/ UP/ Bihar/ Punjab/ Uttarakhand/ Jammu/ Himachal Pradesh

About Role:

The Area Manager will be responsible for area survey and scaling branches and the Support Functions in the assigned area. He will work with the regional manager to drive sales strategy and overseeing the functioning of the branches and responsible for Sales & Collection, Team Management and Records Maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:
• Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to that geographical area.
• Exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities.
• Achieving sales & collection targets.
• Ensures rules and norms of the company related to HR, Admin, training are adhered strictly in pursuit of the risk management and defined process.
• Ensures rules and norms of the company are adhered strictly in pursuit of business growth in the area.
• Visits field to observe field activities to ensure these processes are followed in compliance of the operational policy and procedure in the area.
• Provide guidance, training and feedback to field staff and Managers to improve performance.
• Resolve internal conflicts at level and also within the area.

Skills Required:
• Age minimum 25 years to maximum 35 years.
• Dynamic, articulate, hard working individual with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience running Microfinance operations at the Area level.
• Well versed in MS Office.

Qualifications: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in any NBFC/ MFI/ BFSI/ Fintech.
