Job Description

Responsibility
• Call new and existing clients to generate sales for the company
• Stay up to date on product offerings, changes, and developments
• Provide product information to clients
• Listen to the client's needs and address concerns
• Take notes during calls to establish client records
• Record client communication
• Meet performance objectives and sales quotas
• Schedule appointments or meetings
• Attend team meetings

Requirements :
• High school diploma
• Experience telemarketing or working in customer service
• Energetic and professional
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent multitasker with time management skills

Qualification : Any graduate
