Role: Manager
Qualification: Preferably an MBA with call centre /operations background
Experience (Years): 5 to 7
Shift- Looking at someone who is flexible with the shifts, but it will mostly be from + am to 7 pm.
Work Week: 6 days with Sunday off.
Location: Hyderabad
Job Role and Responsibilities:
· To take care of the day to day call centre activities
· Managing the team and addressing the issues
· Maintaining the overall Quality and standards of the call centre
· Managing the Various Processes and Order management
· Executing various new initiatives by collaborating with various departments.
Desired Skills: Need to be very good in Excel & Power point, good communication skills.
