We are currently hiring for BPO jobs in both day shift and night shift positions across India. As a BPO executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.

• Providing accurate information and assistance to customers
• Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively
• Escalating complex cases to the appropriate department
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Updating customer records and maintaining documentation
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Meeting performance targets and goals
