Compliance Officer | Bank Of India | Sonipat

Bank of India is currently seeking a Compliance Officer to join our team. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the bank complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will work closely with various departments within the bank to develop and implement compliance programs and procedures. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement compliance programs and procedures to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations. • Monitor and assess the bank's compliance with internal policies and procedures. • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential compliance issues. • Provide guidance and training to bank employees on compliance matters. • Investigate and resolve compliance-related complaints and issues. • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the bank's compliance. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as required. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance or a related field. • Strong knowledge of banking laws and regulations. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
