Job Description:

Are you a creative, driven, and dynamic individual with a passion for sportswear design? Do you dream of working on innovative sportswear collections that inspire athletes to push their limits? If so, we want you to be a part of our team as a Junior Executive Product Designer in the sportswear category.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to develop sportswear collections that meet market trends and customer demands.
• Assist in researching and analyzing market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions.
• Create sketches, technical drawings, and digital renderings of apparel designs.
• Select fabrics, colors, and trims for each collection, ensuring quality and functionality.
• Participate in fittings and product development processes to refine designs and ensure proper fit.
• Generate and maintain design documentation, including tech packs, specifications, and production guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design software.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field (Preferably NIFT/Pearl) .
• 0-2 years of experience in apparel design, with a focus on sportswear preferred.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Solid understanding of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for sportswear and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
