Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our consulting firm. As an Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that communicate our brand message effectively to clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with our marketing and consulting teams to develop creative solutions and produce high-quality design materials.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and design engaging and innovative visual materials, including graphics, marketing collateral, and website graphics.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create effective designs that align with our brand identity and messaging.
3. Interpret design briefs and client requirements to develop design concepts that meet project objectives.
4. Create and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and style guides for consistent brand representation.
5. Provide expert advice and guidance on design strategies and best practices to internal teams and clients.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements, and apply them to improve design quality and efficiency.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs within budgetary constraints.
8. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (1 years) as a Graphic Designer.
3. Expertise in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant tools.
4. Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and experiences across various mediums.
5. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
7. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
