Accounting Specialist | Diphu

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various financial tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and general ledger activities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and providing support to the finance department. Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions - Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and provide financial analysis and support as needed - Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Note: We do not ask any money for jobs.
