Desktop Support Technician

Essential Skills:

Good understanding of IT infrastructure - Network & Systems (firewall, router, switches, VPN, Win & Linux server, AD & Exchange, backup etc.).

Hands on experience in installation, operations, incident management, monitoring & management of IT Infrastructure.

Configure, administer, and document firewall infrastructure, working with Cisco & Fortinet Firewalls.
Responsible for installing software, applying patches, managing file systems, and monitoring performance of Users Systems.

Analyze network security requirements and implement perimeter security changes, Managing Microsoft Office 365 and its components,

Hardware and software troubleshooting, Troubleshoot and resolve problems reported by end user(windows).

Desired skills:

Outlook Backup & Configuration, Windows T-shoot & Installation. Software Installation and Windows Update. Basic Understanding of IP Phone. Active Directory, Local LAN/WAN Network, System Backup & Restore.

Performs data backups and restoration of managed systems, Collaborate with IT staff on projects and initiatives.

Provide input for a monthly progress and status report.

Understand basic functionality of malware / antivirus with respect to endpoint security, email systems, and user hardware (laptops, PCs).

Conduct security awareness training for employees.

Design, implement, and maintain security controls, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and data loss prevention systems.

Should be willing to support during non-working hours so that there is no downtime during productive hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
