Call Center Executive

HIRING FOR AR CALLERS IN USA MEDICAL BILLING PROCESS. (Fresher Experience both can apply).

Follow up with the US payer to check on claim status.

Identify denial reason and work on resolution.

Cash collected/Resolution Rate.

Responsibilities Duties
• Reviews denied claims and analyzes corresponding EOBs, or contacts payer, to determine the reason for the denial.
• Review both insurance and patient AR Priority with old Aging bucket.
• Action must take based on the client SOP (EX Pre-approved adjustment for certain CPT codes).
• Coordinates with appropriate teams to correct demographic, insurance, or coding information or gathers necessary documentation from providers and reworks claim.
• Files appeals on denied claims, according to the requirements and timely filing guidelines set by each payer.
• Processes worker s compensation and paper claims when necessary.
• Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate Sai System s core values and commitment to quality and customer service.
• Must be available for special projects

Required Candidate Profile

Good Communication Skills.

Comfortable with US Shifts.

Any Under-Graduate,Graduate Post Graduate.

Fresher Exp Both Can Apply.
