Sales Coordinator

• Stay in regular touch with key customers as per allotted customer list.
• Business development sheet regularly updated in CRM system.
• Book sales orders and provide Performa invoices to customers within TATs in consultation with Reporting Manager.
• Monthly planning to production PPC (MPS/ERP forecast) weekly & additional
• Portal check for schedules or any update & create the ASN on portals of OEMs as per online requirements.
• Prioritize execution of sales orders as per guidance from reporting Manager
• Correspond and communicate relevant details and keep customers updated about the status of enquiries/sales orders
• Communicate daily/monthly production planning and daily dispatch planning to Plant staff (Production, PPC, Sales, Dispatch) in stipulated time wrt FG stock availability
• Conduct daily reviews of actual against planned (targeted) sales for each customer group and for individual customers, investigate reason for the shortfall, if any
• Conduct weekly reviews of actual against planned dispatches, investigate and escalate in case of variances- discussion with reporting manager
• Follow up with customer for GRN / outstanding payment / Ledger Confirmation / Debit Note / Credit note details & Payment advice.
• Coordinate and resolve customer queries, if any, regarding dispatches quantity, delays, etc. In case of any other complaint, forward the same to QC/Production/concerned and keep the customer informed of the same.
• Ensure resolution of queries of Dispatch team regarding Logistics (with support of HO Team, require if any)
• Customer Sales adherence (schedule vs actual)
• Customer Satisfaction Survey quarterly basis.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
