As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our B2B content strategy and driving impactful messaging to engage and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Visionary:● Demonstrate a profound understanding of B2B complexities.● Conceptualize and craft highly compelling, buyer-centric content.

2. Inspiring Leader:● Motivate and inspire team members to continually enhance their writing abilities.● Collaborate energetically with B2B stakeholders.

3. Elevate B2B Writing Craft:● Constantly strive to raise the bar for B2B writing within the organization.● Implement advanced content strategies, including content mapping and messaging maps/strategy.

4. Content Expertise:● Leverage 5+ years of professional writing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in B2B marketing writing.● Produce content across industries such as IT services and the niche hiring industry.● Previous experience in a professional services firm or agency.

5. Coaching and Leadership:● Coach and mentor team members to enhance their content creation skills.● Successfully drive strategic change within the team.

6. Communication Skills:● Exhibit strong presentation, communication, writing, editing, crafting creative strategies and research skills.● Effectively communicate insights and pitch ideas to line managers..

7. Inbound Marketing Proficiency:● Demonstrate a professional understanding of inbound marketing principles and implementing them while creating strategy and in writing conceptual copies. .

8. Initiative and Adaptability:● Be a self-starter, a collaborator, and a confident, skilled strategist with your timely contribution. ● Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring consistency in style and tone across content.
