Requirements and Job Description for Ecommerce Manager

The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our B2C division

of our business.

Job Responsibilities

1. Execute and manage the ecommerce operations.

2. Oversee the functioning of the ecommerce website

3. Coordinate with graphic team for content requirements

4. Coordinate with the product team for updated listings and inventory management

5. Oversee order processing, dispatch and returns

6. Coordinate with ecommerce agency for marketing

7. Have knowledge of marketplaces and managing own website

Qualification

1. Must be a graduate

2. Must be fluent in Hindi and English – written and verbal communication

3. Must be able to work with internal teams and be self motivated

4. Must have a problem solving mindset

5. Prior ecommerce operations is mandatory

6. Candidate should be capable to lead the operations as it is a new business division

Location: Mumbai, full time and in office role
