Responsibilities:

1. Minimize aging stock and ensure timely branch requirements are met.

2. Collaborate with suppliers to explore new innovations in the jewellery industry.

3. Meet with vendors on behalf of management/internal departments to address product quality, capacity, and delivery issues.

4. Identify alternate suppliers to sustain and plan production.

5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

6. Analyze price quotes and work with vendors to achieve target costs.

7. Perform effective administrative functions such as filing purchase orders and providing support.

8. Conduct periodic inspections of branches to verify physical stock with records and manage non-moving stock.

+. Ensure the complete execution of jewellery collections as per customer brief, including sampling.

10. Plan and maintain a sufficient stock of inventory through regular replenishment.

11. Create a store-wise list of inventory and ensure its availability in the store.

12. Coordinate with the visual merchandiser to ensure proper display and packaging of jewellery products.

13. Maintain store order and handle repair-related tasks.

Desired Candidate:

1. Previous experience as an employee of branded jewellery stores like Tanishq, Malabar, or a reputed jewellery store in Bandra.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the jewellery field.

3. Language proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (optional).

6. Excellent computer skills.

Salary: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
