SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

OFFICE BASED JOB

DMatic Digital Academy is part of DMatic Digital Pvt. Ltd, a company working in the field of digital marketing and related training over the past 20 years.

As part of our expansion program, we’re hiring Business Development Managers.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Developing a strong clientele for our courses in digital marketing, Artificial Intelligence, Affiliate Marketing, Content Creation and other related fields.

· Using various online and offline methods to create a strong brand and presence for DMatic Digital Academy as a place of learning latest skills of choice among decision makers, senior to junior executives, housewives and students.

· Identifying potential clients for our courses using online and offline courses.

· Understanding the market and helping trainers to create and offer appropriate courses on time in line with current market demands.

· Calling and meeting potential clients within and outside Pune for enrollment in our courses.

· Making presentations to companies, educational institutions and other organizations that’re potential clients for our courses.

· Follow-up of leads to ensure seamless enrollment process and collection of fees before commencement of courses.

· Regular follow-up with clients to ensure consistent quality of courses and customer service.

· Providing regular inputs to the senior management team and trainers on current trends for online course in digital marketing, AI and related fields.

· Understanding the competition and creating appropriate solutions that ensure our courses remain relevant to the local market.

Qualifications & Eligibility

· Graduate from any discipline.

· Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.

· Excellent communications skills both on phone and in person.

· Pleasant personality.

· Ability to work on phone and online beyond office hours, where necessary.

· Quick thinker who can provide immediate responses to queries from leads and clients.

Please Note: This is an office-based job and work from home positions are not available.
