Job Details

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for all retail sales at Ludhiana store. Ability to work with sales teams, Flexible and able to work in fast and paced and varying environments. Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and working on App based CRM’s. Must have strong communication and convincing skills in Punjabi Hindi and English Language.

Job Role at Lenskart jobs in Ludhiana:
• Welcomes Ludhiana customers by greeting them; offering them assistance
• Advises customers by providing information on products, price, details etc.
• Processes payments by totalling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards
• Ensure that Ludhiana customers are attended properly while choosing frames and lens.
• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items
• Proper Maintenance of the Stock Taking registers,
• Follow-up calls as a part of after-sales service.
• Other duties as advised by the Ludhiana store sales team.

• Retail sales experience in Ludhiana will required.

• Good in Interpersonal skills
