Designation- Sales Manager

Location- Mumbai, Pune, Varanasi, Surat, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sale numbers & market shares as per the business plan.
• Carry out Sales promotion activities to increase awareness, penetration, generate enquiries and sales.
• Manage team of DSEs and ensure good quality & nos. of enquiries are generated by them and desired levels of productivity in terms of sale nos. per DSE are achieved.
• Relationship building with customers, financiers and other key players in the market.
• Ensure compliance with company processes & adhere to various standards set by the company.
• Ensure Transparent Transaction with Customer and Stake holders
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction

Required Profile:
• Engineering graduate/ MBA with 5-7 years of relevant Commercial Vehicles Automobiles sales experience. Full time graduate with 8 - 10 years of relevant experience may also apply.
• Aggressive, out - going, result oriented person.
• Good people manager.
• Good team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:
• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
• Business development: 5 years (Preferred)
• Commercial vehicle: 4 years (Preferred)
