Account Assistant

Candidates should have knowledge of accounting software, Responsibilities of candidates include: • follow up for payments • should be able to talk to customers for reconcile account • should know basic billing work in tally • should be able to talk to customers for order follow up (+incentive) • manage invoices • follow up for payments.
We need one fresher accounts executive and one we need experienced accounts executive with minimum 4-5 years’ experience. Both slab should know Tally Prime knowledge and GST knowledge is mandatory. It’s a desk job. +am to 6pm. Monday to Saturday. Sunday weekly off. Experienced executive should be able to do internal audit, make profit and loss account and balance sheet, can visit and clear GST audit. Basic Job Profile for freshers is : 1) Purchase Entry; 2) Journal Entry; 3) Bank Entry; 4) Bank Reconciliation; 5) Raise Purchase Order; 6) Material Follow Up; 7) Ledger Matching.
