Marine Diesel Engine Technician

Position Overview:

We seek an experienced Inboard Marine Diesel Engine Technician with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our team. The candidate should possess experüse in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining inboard marine diesel engines. Gulf region experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing of inboard marine diesel engines.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues through systematic troubleshooting techniques.

Perforrri repairs and overhauls on various components, including engines, transmissions, cooling, fuel, and exhaust systems.

Replace faulty or worn-out parts, ensuring accurate installation and proper alignment.

Collaborate with other tem members to identify complex problems and devise effective solutions.

Perform diagnostic tests using specialized tools and equipment to assess engine performance and identify areas for improvement.

Follow established maintenance schedules and guidelines from the manufacturer to prevent breakdowns and ensure safe operations.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage.

Keep up-to-date with the latest marine diesel engine technology

advancements.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment,

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians when needed.

3-5 years of hands-on experience with inboard marine diesel engines. Technical degree or certification preferred.

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with marine engine systems and components. Gulf region experience is a plus.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and safety-consciousness.

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
