Java Developer

Position - Java Developer Experience - 4-5 years Location - Greater Noida Key Responsibilities: • Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications/products. • Application Architecture: Have in-depth understanding of Java application architecture to design and implement reliable and scalable solutions • Code Review & Optimization: Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and compliance with coding standards. Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance application performance. • Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure the smooth and stable operation of applications. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver successful outcomes and achieve project milestones. • Documentation: Create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture, design, and usage guidelines. • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in Java and related technologies. Proactively explore new tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve the development process. Requirements: • Java Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience in Java programming, including core Java, multithreading, and design patterns. Proficiency in Spring Framework and related modules is highly desirable. • Java Application Architecture: In-depth knowledge of Java application architecture, including microservices, RESTful APIs, and other modern architectural patterns. • Enterprise Application Experience: Proven track record in developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications, handling complex business requirements, and delivering scalable solutions. • Java Frameworks – Working experience required on following Java frameworks o Spring Framework o Spring Boot o Hibernate • Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of database design and experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases. • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Team Player: A collaborative and adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile development environment. • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and error-free solutions. • Security: Awareness of Java application security principles and practices to secure applications and protect against vulnerabilities.
