Responsibilities for SARFAESI Act Panel -
• Prepare Case Files for DM/ CMM under SARFAESI Act
• Get signed the documents from concerned Authorised Officer
• Submit the case to Court & get acknowledgement
• send the same to Office by Whatsapp, Email, and Courier
• Attend the hearing (If any on Bank's Behalf)
• Obtain DM/ CMM Order and get certified copy
• Complete the procedure as notified in order by contacting DM authorised Officer and SP for Police Protection
• Obtain the necessary order from DM/SP/Subordinate Officer and submit the same to our Central Office

Location -

Ajmer, Bhilwara, Nagaur, Tonk, Baran, Bundi, Jhalawar, Kota, Barmer, Jaisalmer, Jalore, Jodhpur, Pali, Sirohi, Alwar, Dausa, Jaipur, Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Banswara Chittorgarh, Dungarpur, Pratapgarh, Rajsamand, Udaipur, Bharatpur, Dholpur, Karauli, Sawai Madhopur, Bikaner, Churu, Hanumangarh, and Sri Ganganagar.

Remuneration -
• DM Application Preparation, getting Signature of AO and Submission of File at Court - 500/-+ Court Fee+ Conveyance
• Getting DM/ CMM Order - 2000/- (Including all Exp)
• Preparation of Application for Subordinate Officer & SP of Police for Police assistance from AO and submit it to the concerned authority - 200+500+500
• Manage Police Akalan & SP Order - 1000+1500 Exp

Similarly separate payout is decided for every specific panel/ case.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 10 per week

Salary: Up to ₹60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
