2. Classroom Management:

Implement effective classroom behaviour strategies, fostering a positive learning environment.

3. Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

Systematically evaluate student performance using various assessment tools.

Engage in regular discussions with parents/guardians about their childs academic progress.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

Collaborate with fellow educators to share resources and best practices.

Maintain open communication channels with parents/guardians, ensuring they are informed about their childs education.

5. Professional Development:

Engage in continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences.

Stay updated with the latest educational technologies to enhance classroom effectiveness.

Requirements
• Bachelors in Elementary Education or any equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to create a warm, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Creativity in designing educational materials and activities.
• Adaptability and flexibility in responding to the needs of young learners.
• Knowledge of modern teaching techniques and educational technology.
