Role Description

Homez & Own is currently hiring a Sales Specialist for our Noida office. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting our brand, identifying business opportunities, generating leads, contacting potential clients, and organizing property viewings. The role demands strong communication skills and an ability to handle clients in a friendly, professional manner. We are seeking someone with a passion for sales, confident personality, and strong interpersonal skills. This is a full-time role based in Noida on-site.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or any relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience of working with sales/client relationship management in the real estate sector
• A solid understanding of the property market, SWOT analysis, and selling techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• A consistent record of achieving and exceeding sales targets on a regular basis
• Proficient with CRM software and basic computer literacy
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
