The Central Channel at Axis AMC is responsible for building strategic alliances through engaging in partnerships which ultimately lead to increased sales.

Channel Lead, Axis Bank Corporate Banking Channel role entails building strategic relationships and tie –ups with the Axis Bank Team at the central and regional level with productive and effective engagement.

What you will Do?

· Drive sales through Axis Bank Corporate Banking Channel by managing and nurturing relations with Axis Bank Corporate Banking team
• Developing & managing the relationships with Axis Bank’s team including Departmental heads and locational heads across Financial Institutions Group (FIG), Conglomerates & Large Corporates (CLC), New Economy Group and Multinationals (NEG & MNC), Treasury Sales, Commercial Banking Group (CBG), and Axis Securities & Axis Capital Corporate facing teams

· Effective and productive engagement with the Axis Bank team centrally in Mumbai, and across the locations where the Axis AMC institutional team is present
• Achieve the Gross Sales and Net Sales Budget for the required channel
• Responsible for on boarding of Axis Mutual Fund and Alternate Investment product ideas within the Axis Bank corporate banking eco system

· Spearheading seamless communication with the channel, conceiving and executing tie up for sales, adding value to the channel by organizing informative sessions and events on markets, providing a high level of service delivery to their requirements
• Provide Product presentations, effective delivery of product positioning
• Effective implementation of any marketing initiatives & monitoring the progress, across the Axis Bank channel and the AMC institutional sales team
• Liaison closely with Investment/product team to develop and manage various products presentations

What makes you a Great Fit?
• Postgraduate with 10 to 12 years of experience
• NISM Certified
• Preferably, experienced professional from Corporate banking background, institutional sales in Asset Management Companies (Mutual Fund), Distribution Houses
• Good communication skills & with an excellent understanding of the Financial world
• Effective relationship management skills to be able to address partnership needs
• Good understanding of debt/ equity and mutual funds
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial skills
• Deep understanding of the products and key business parameters
• Open to local commute and outstation travel if required
