Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role with JOJO International Pvt Ltd as a COMMI-Conti, located in Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our head chef and taking charge of a specific section of the kitchen, thereby ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant. The candidate will also help in preparing dishes according to the recipes, as well as work with the team to maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness.

Qualifications
• Prior experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Awareness of current food trends and flavors.
• Excellent understanding of various recipes and their components.
• Good sense of taste and smell, with the ability to detect when ingredients are spoilt or unfit for use.
• Capability to work in fast-paced environments and multitask with ease.
• Good physical endurance and work stamina.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
• Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
