Responsibilities
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in a technology or comparable major
• You have 3-7 years of experience developing Appian solutions and implementing complex Appian development.
• You have an active Senior Appian Developer certification
• You work with your team to follow Appian best practices and create technical designs, so teams can build scalable and efficient Appian solutions
• You coach junior team members to follow Appian best practices, so teams can build scalable and efficient Appian solutions
• You have experience working in Agile development teams and executing parts of a Scrum cadence, so you help run Appian engagements
• As an team member, you have strong communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences, so you can succeed in a fast-paced environment
• As a team member, you have strong organization skills, problem-solving skills, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

• Certifications: Appian Developer certification
