Role and Responsibilities:

We are currently hiring for the position of BPO Telecalling with our. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling the loan and credit process requirements of the bank's customers. Key responsibilities include:

Performing telecalling activities to engage with customers
Providing assistance and guidance on loan and credit processes
Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their queries and concerns
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Following up on outstanding issues and ensuring timely resolution
Candidate Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass
Good command over spoken and written English
Understanding of loan and credit processes
Required Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

Fluent English communication
Customer service orientation
Attention to detail

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
