Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

1. Web and Mobile Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and mobile applications.

- Collaborate with the design team to implement user-friendly interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience.

- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web and mobile applications.

2. Database Management:

- Design and maintain databases to support web and mobile applications.

- Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.

- Optimize database queries for efficient data retrieval and storage.

3. Troubleshooting and Debugging:

- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in web and mobile applications.

- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the functionality and usability of applications.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the product development team to integrate new features and enhancements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of web and mobile development with business goals.

5. Documentation:

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including code documentation, system architecture, and development processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications you've developed.

- Proficiency in front-end and back-end development technologies, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, and databases (SQL and NoSQL).

- Experience with mobile app development for both Android and iOS platforms (React Native, Flutter, or native development).

- Strong knowledge of web security best practices and data protection.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

- Proficiency in cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

- Knowledge of speech technology and natural language processing is a bonus.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating past web and mobile development projects is required.

- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve technical skills.

- This role may require occasional travel as needed.
