Job Description

• Position- Inside Sales Associate
• Location- Pune, Baner
• Qualification- Any Graduate
• Age- 21 to 30
• Salary- 6.5 LPA, Fixed CTC- 4.5 LPA (In-hand after deductions - 30,042 Rs/Month)

Variables Incentive - 2 LPA
• Job Description-
• Seeking candidates with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Achieve weekly and monthly target.
• Calling the customers and pitching our product and closing the deal.
• Minimum Four Hours of calling has to be done.
• Requirements-
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Tele-calling/ Tele-Sales experience is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners are preferred
