Robotic Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities and Major Activities / Tasks:

· Ensure preventive maintenance of Robots and TPM is accomplished and documented in a disciplined manner.

· Establish and maintain an asset list and appropriate equipment files reflecting any changes or improvements to the equipment.

· Check and Follow Daily checklist required.

· Having knowledge of ABB Robots teaching & Programming.

· Monitor daily breakdown and prepared action for solution.

· Able to define priority.

· Continues monitoring Production activity and improve performance of Robots.

· Maintain the overall equipments files.

· Ensure the operators are trained on their role in preventive and ongoing Maint.

· Ensure all equipment safety devices are installed and in operating order. Educate the operators on the importance of not changing or interfering with the safety devices.

· Supervise and maintain contact with appropriate equipment manufactures.

· Maintenance records and documents related to the facility.

· Under supervision of manager, production will make decisions, which pertain equipment maintenance and facilities.

· Responsible for management of appropriate documents and records as per TS 16+4+ / ISO 14001 / 5S

· Should work on SAP and must be instrumental in implementing ISO/TS.

· Should be control spares and requirements.

· Maintain 5’s in control area.

· Should have knowledge of Robot and resolve all problems.

· Ensure safe disposal of Hazardous waste, Battery waste, E waste as per GAI procedure. & maintenance of record for the same.

· Follow the rules or instruction made under EMS, QMS & 5S
