Job Responsibilities
• Conduct electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, including pipe leaks, blockages, and fixture installations, adhering to plumbing codes and guidelines.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors, windows, and cabinets, and repairing or replacing damaged wooden structures.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems in residential and commercial settings
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment, and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a multi-skilled technician with expertise in electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry codes and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
