Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers seeking technical assistance.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

Provide step-by-step guidance and solutions to resolve technical problems.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technology trends.

Meet and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in a tech voice process or technical support role.

Strong communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹17,700.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
