Job Details
An excellent opportunity to work for one of the World’s most admired Licensor organization based in their India office in the Delhi. They are dealing in EPC / PMC and Cryo / ASU Technology.

The right candidate will speak fluent English, have the right to work in the India and have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Feed, Basic and Detail Engineering.

Brief Description
Process Engineer – Gas Cleaning determine and develop the most suitable, economically and working on technically complex process engineering design within proposals, studies, projects execution & operations, as part of a study &/or project team, in accordance with design & engineering standards & procedures.

The major responsibilities are:
• Contribute to solution development of technological concepts,
• Contribute to projects execution in multidisciplinary projects,
• Develop safe, reliable, efficient and innovative technological solutions
• Develop process design (simulations, pump & hydraulic calculations, equipment & instrumentation design, process control concept, safety considerations, process flow diagrams, piping & instrumentation diagrams, utility & chemical consumption summaries etc),
• Contribute to design reviews, risk assessments, vendor bid evaluations,
• Contribute to start-up on site.
• Preference: Process design experience in gas cleaning technologies projects i.e. Rectisol, Salexol, Amine wash.
• Perform line size calculations
• Perform hydraulic calculations
• Perform necessary pump NPSH calculations
• Work in compliance with all safety rules and regulations
• Prepare process specifications, drawings (PFD, P&ID’s etc.) and process deliverables
• Skills in Process software like ASPEN HYSYS and / or PRO II, HTRI, PIPENET, FLARENET and Bluebeam.

Qualifications
You must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following:
• BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech – Chemical / Petroleum Engineering.
