Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Specialist role, located in Vadodara with flexibility for some remote work. The Human Resources Specialist's primary responsibilities will include recruitment, employee engagement, benefits administration, compliance management, and other HR processes. The Human Resources Specialist will have a hands-on role, working with a team to ensure the smooth and successful functioning of the company's HR processes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with recruitment practices and interviewing techniques
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience with HRIS and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace applications
