1)Good communication skills. .

2)Initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective clients in order to generate sales.

3)Listening to the customers' has to generate repeat sales.

4)Clint handling customer infraction answer question about produce or the company.

5)Keeping up thus far on all products and informing customers of recent products.

6)Answering customers' queries on the product.

7)Meeting sales quotas.

8)Tele sales Representative Requirements:

11)The patience and skill to interact with customers in speech communication.

Good sales ability.

12)Working data of relevant pc software systems.
