International BPO Customer Care Representative must have excellent communication skills along with active listening.
Customer focused approach.
Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers over the phone.
Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and a self-starter.
Customer Care Representative must be willing to work in rotational night shifts.
