Collections Agent

Job Title: Voice Process Collections - Night Shift (UK&US shift)
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as complete Voice (Collection Process) executives for our Night Shift.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via call in a timely and accurate manner
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant team for resolution
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and process changes
• Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines
Requirements:
• Excellent written and talking communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously
• Willingness to work in Night Shifts

Qualifications:
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Should have atleast 24 months of International BPO experience for SSC pass
• HSC pass with atleast 18 months of BPO experience
• Graduates should have atleast 12 months if experience
